Als Andres Lepik 2010 im New Yorker MoMA die Ausstellung „Small Scale – Big Change“ kuratierte, beschrieb er einen überfälligen Wertewandel in der Architektur. Kein Manifest, aber ein Prozess, ein fortwährendes Verhandeln von sozialen, ökologischen und funktionell nachhaltigen Parametern in der Baukultur, das sich im Lärm der Gegenwart behaupten muss.
