Das Studio liegt inmitten des ältesten Teils der Grazer Altstadt, dem charmanten Franziskanerviertel. Das Ambiente ist entspannt und ruhig. Der Hauptraum im Obergeschoss verfügt über eine wunderschöne Aussicht auf das Franziskanerkloster und den lebendigen Franziskanerplatz.

Der hofseitige Raum ist ebenfalls mit einem großen Tisch sowie mit einer Teeküche ausgestattet. Er kann für Pausen bei Workshops oder auch als Warteraum genutzt werden. Es gibt ein Bad mit Dusche sowie ein separates WC und einen Wickeltisch.
